How do I order a product that is unavailable?

The product you would like to buy is displayed as unavailable - write an e-mail to sklep@lamariposasutasz.pl stating: the name of the product, any changes in the color and/or type of fastening. In response, I will give you the expected date of completion, and we will also establish all the details.

Can I return custom-made jewelry?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to individual order.

What are the shipping costs within Poland?

The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product:

Postage (cost 15 PLN) - Polish National Post Office services
Shipment to selected Parcel Locker (cost 17 PLN) - indicated "Paczkomat"
Orlen Paczka delivery (cost 12 PLN)

What are the shipping costs within the Czech Republic?

The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product:

Economy post – cost PLN 36, approx. CZK 212.00 – depending on the exchange rate, please check in the basket using the currency switcher installed on the Shop website.

What are the shipping costs within Germany?

Economy post (cost 52 PLN) approx. € 12.00 – depending on the exchange rate, please check in the basket using the currency switcher installed on the Shop website.

To what other countries do you ship La Mariposa Soutache products?

Please, contact me using the contact tab and provide your address, I will check for you the most favorable forms and prices of shipping to your country. I will reply within 3 business days.

I like a specific model, but I want to change the clasps or change the colors of the whole thing. Is that possible?

Information about the possibility of changing the clasp or color of the product can be found in the description of each product. For technical reasons, this is not always possible with finished jewelry. As for changing the color of the strings - this is a separate, individual order (how to order, answer above).

What is the deadline for completion? (from production/order completion to shipment)?

- In the case of ready-made jewellery purchased through the Store, the delivery time (from completing the order to sending the parcel) is 24 hours from the receipt of the transfer.
- In the case of an individual order, the delivery time (from production to shipping) is from 7 to 21 days, details are agreed individually with the Client (depending on the size of the order, availability of materials).
